Sub-user invite email didn't arrive (Tier 3)

Magic link delivery failure — check spam, verify the email address, request a re-send from the dashboard.

What's happening

Tier 3 lets the agency owner invite team members as sub-users. Each invite is a magic-link email — we send a one-time sign-in link via our platform email channel (Listmonk → AWS SES from noreply@agencylens.app), valid for 15 minutes. If the invitee didn't get the email, the cause is one of: the email went to spam, the wrong address was entered, the link expired before they clicked it, or the recipient's mail server bounced (rare).

How to fix it

  1. Ask the invitee to check their spam / junk folder. Search for hello@agencylens.app or just agencylens. The subject line is "Your AgencyLens sign-in link".
  2. If the invite isn't in spam either: in your AgencyLens settings, open Team → Members. The invitee should show as Invited with a timestamp and a Resend button.
  3. Verify the email address is correct (typos in domain names are common). If wrong, click Cancel invite, then re-invite with the correct address.
  4. Click Resend invite. The new link supersedes the old one and starts a fresh 15-minute window.
  5. Have the invitee click the link in the new email within 15 minutes.
  6. If the invitee's email is a Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 corporate inbox with strict anti-spam, ask their admin to allow-list hello@agencylens.app as a sender.

When to email support

If you've resent the invite, the invitee has confirmed it's not in spam, and 5+ minutes have passed without the email arriving — that's a platform-side deliverability issue. Email support@agencylens.app with the invitee's email and the timestamp you sent it; we can check the Listmonk / SES delivery logs on our side.
