Failure mode #2OAuth flow interrupted — popup closed or redirect failed
Disable popup blockers; retry; check browser compatibility. Most common cause is a popup blocker stopping the Google/Meta consent window.

Failure mode #3OAuth token expired
Click 'Reconnect' on the affected source. Auto-refresh failed and the platform requires a fresh authorisation.

Failure mode #4My GA4 property is not visible after I connect
Make sure the Google account you signed in with has GA4 admin or analyst access to the property. Refresh the property picker once permissions are corrected.

Business Manager permissions are the most common cause. Your user role on the ad account must be Admin or Advertiser, not Analyst-only.

Verify date range, the selected account, and whether the platform has data for the period yet. GA4 in particular delays today's data.

Most common in Safari with very large date ranges. Try Chrome or shorten the date range; report persistent failures to support with the agency + date range.
